Known Issue

A known issue exists with using custom notification scripts when Notification Methods are configured to run on the Orchestrator. While the user interface allows this configuration, the uploaded monitoring scripts are not set up on the Orchestrator system for security reasons. This means custom Notification Methods configured like this will fail. For most notification types, you can resolve this by configuring custom Notification Methods using custom notification scripts to run on Collectors instead, using the UI.
