Compatible versions of Opsview Cloud with Opsview Mobile App Copied
The Opsview Mobile App is compatible with Opsview Cloud.
Supported versions of Android and iOS for Opsview Mobile App Copied
The Opsview Mobile App is compatible with Android devices running version 5.0 or higher and iOS devices running version 12.4 or higher.
Registration of a new user Copied
A known issue is currently affecting user registrations through the Opsview Mobile App, which shows the following error:
Forbidden, you're not able to access this resource.
Register via the https://legacy.opsview.com site and then login via the Mobile App.
Opsview Username Copied
The Opsview Mobile App requires your Opsview website username in order to login and use Push Notifications. If you are unsure of your username, you can easily find it by using this link; your username will be shown in the username field on the Profile
tab.
Set up Push Notifications Copied
To set up push notifications, you must first enable push notifications on both your device and your Opsview Cloud server. Full instructions can be found on Getting started with Push Notifications.
I cannot access my Opsview Cloud system that uses an SSL Certificate Copied
If you have a self-signed certificate, you may need to add the certificate to your device. Please contact ITRS Support for assistance.
Why am I receiving Test notification OK, but not real/live ones? Copied
You will need to login to the app as the same user you have added the notification for, otherwise you will not receive notifications.
