Prerequisites

Please read the prerequisites before installing the ITRS Infrastructure Agent.

Note

The Infrastructure Agent can be used on monitored hosts with older Opsview versions, even if you do not upgrade to the latest version. However, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Opsview to ensure that all changes, including security fixes and new features, will work correctly with the Infrastructure Agent.

Supported versions Copied

The ITRS Infrastructure Agent is available for installation on both Linux and Windows operating system. Packages are available in the .msi, .deb, and .rpm formats. The following is a list of all operating systems that are directly supported.

Please contact ITRS Support if you are using an operating system that is not listed above.

Ports Copied

The following ports must be accessible and not blocked by a firewall:
