Logging Configuration

Changing the log filename

The log filename is set in the LOG_FILENAME property. Note that the ${instance.number:-0} portion should be retained if starting multiple nodes from the same directory using the script.

Logging Levels

The following standard logging level are available in the Open Access Cluster.

  • INFO

The overall logging level can be changed by modifying the root element:

Specific Logging Levels

Logging can be configured with levels for specific packages and classes.

Set the level to OFF to disable logging for that item.

Logback supports many more configuration options, such as configuring log rolling or formatting.
