New features and enhancements Copied

These are the features and enhancements in this release:

MON-11802 Backup Improved control so that only backups from correct version can be restored.

SNMP scan results are no longer filtered for any versions of SNMP.

These are the issues we have fixed in this release:

MON-9109 Merlin, Naemon Scheduled downtimes are now deleted correctly from all nodes regardless if the nodes have started or not.
MON-11605 Nachos Save hooks are now executed correctly. For reference, open the README file in your local folder: /opt/monitor/op5/nacoma/hooks/save/README.
MON-11732 Nachos Self-monitoring of Nachos now works on fresh installations.
MON-11763 Ninja Log archive search no longer throws timezone exceptions.
MON-11822 Plug-ins A change in the implementation of SNMP on EL 7.7 caused incorrect readings of RAM usage. A flag -S has been added to be used with EL 7.7 target systems to disable subtraction of buffered and cached memory.
