[2] Only MySQL or MariaDB server and client versions that align with the published supported databases, for your specific Opsview version are covered under Opsview support.
MySQL and MariaDB must be installed from packages provided by your operating system vendor (for example, Red Hat) or directly from the Oracle Corporation (MySQL) or the MariaDB Project. Support is limited to the use of MySQL or MariaDB as the database backend for Opsview. Issues that fall outside this scope are not supported, including but not limited to:
- Problems arising from defects or changes in the database software itself, whether manual or database-initiated, such as:
- Database corruption
- Database replication issues
- Software application defects that are covered under your operating system vendor’s support contract
[3] We will make reasonable efforts to assist where appropriate.
[4] No Support or Warrant is provided for the Operating System Opsview is installed or runs on.
[5] InfluxDB is a third party package provided by InfluxData. Opsview does not provide InfluxDB directly, instead, we provide a client component that is able to communicate with InfluxDB to query and store data. Opsview supports the use of InfluxDB 1.1.x and 1.2.x.
[6] With the purchase of High Availability or Disaster Recovery component.
