Status - Hashtags Detail

Access: VIEWPORTACCESS, VIEWSOME, or VIEWALL.

Request URL: /rest/status/viewport/

• GET — lists summarised information about hashtag.
• PUT, POST, DELETE — unimplemented.

This is effectively a Services search with keyword set to be the first argument.

However, if a user does not have VIEWSOME or VIEWALL, then only public hashtags will be visible.
