An ITRS Analytics deployment is composed of multiple, independently versioned and upgradable components. You should consult the documentation for a component when upgrading it for detailed compatibility information.
This section outlines the minimum supported versions for the ITRS Analytics Platform, Packaging, and Apps. It ensures consistency in product support, documentation management, and feature compatibility across deployments.
ITRS Analytics Platform Copied
Minimum supported version: 2.8.x
The ITRS Analytics Platform adopted 2.8.x as the baseline for ongoing support due to significant architectural and functional changes. Version 2.8.0+4 marked the initial release of the ITRS Analytics Platform with the new ITRS packaging system. As a result, versions 2.7.x and earlier are no longer supported.

ITRS Analytics Packaging Copied
Minimum supported version: 2.8.0+4
The packaging policy aligns with the Platform support baseline to maintain compatibility and support continuity.
Version 2.8.0+4 represents the first stable release published using the new ITRS packaging system.
- All maintenance, patches, and new features are supported only from version
2.8.0+4onwards. - Any ITRS Analytics Platform version that does not match or exceed
2.8.0+4in packaging is unsupported.

ITRS Analytics Apps Copied
Minimum supported versions: App-specific
The minimum supported version for each ITRS Analytics App is based on the version included in the 2.8.0+4 ITRS Analytics Bill-of-Materials (BoM). This version is directly tied to its inclusion in the 2.8.0+4 Analytics package.
Any version of an app below what is included in the 2.8.0+4 BoM is deemed unsupported. For a full list of available versions, refer to the ITRS Analytics Apps release notes.

Note
Version mappings for Helm charts and associated apps components are maintained for the two most recent minor ITRS Analytics releases. For a full list of available versions, refer to the ITRS Analytics Packaging release notes.
Each column in the matrix represents a specific ITRS Analytics release version (for example, 2.13.5, 2.12.0+4), and each row shows the corresponding Helm chart name, along with its chart version and app version used in that release. Where applicable, version gaps or component changes across releases are highlighted, helping to identify additions or upgrades.
