Ingestion 1.0.0 Copied
Released: 8 December 2023
Highlights Copied
These are the highlights of this release:
-
More control over data point ingestion – Since ITRS Analytics 2.0.0 requires explicit configuration for data point ingestion, the new Ingestion app allows managing the order of dimensions – which are identifiers within a data point that uniquely describe its entity – for granular control and management of data ingestion. See Ingestion.
-
Unknown dimension handling – Any unknown dimension, which are not processed by ITRS Analytics, can be located in the Dropped tab for configuration. Once configured, these items appear in the Configured tab and await new data that match the dimensions to graduate from pending status. See Dropped data points and Resolved data points.
-
Rule-based data point exclusion – All Geneos and internal data (Kubernetes) are considered known dimensions and are already configured out-of-the-box. You can build filters to exclude certain data points based on some matching rules. This is currently an experimental feature. See Filters.
