Dashboards App Release Notes

The initial installation of ITRS Analytics includes all required app, such as the Web Console, bundled by default. No separate installation steps are required for individual apps. For installation guidance, refer to the Install ITRS Analytics apps documentation.

Note

Version 1.15.0 marks the General Availability (GA) of the ITRS Analytics Dashboards app, transitioning from its Beta phase into a fully supported release, production-ready release.

Dashboards version 1.15.0 requires Web Console 3.5.0 and Entities 1.16.0 for its new features and capabilities to function properly. Ensure both components are upgraded to these versions before using this app.

The ITRS Analytics Dashboards app lets you quickly create and share customizable dashboards for applications or specific areas of interest. Designed for dynamic environments, it offers a single view of both current and historical data, with custom views that automatically update as new entities are added.

New features and enhancements Copied

• Enhanced cell popover interactions — Cell popover actions now intelligently follow your cursor and remain fixed when you navigate inside the popover, delivering a smoother and more intuitive user experience. The popover automatically closes when you move the cursor outside the cell boundary.

• Optimized resource efficiency — Reduced the default CPU request from 200 millicores to 100 millicores, resulting in improved resource utilization and cost efficiency for deployments.

• Streamlined dataview integration — Enable seamless bootstrapping of dataviews directly into new or existing dashboards from the ITRS Analytics Entities app, eliminating manual configuration steps and accelerating dashboard setup.

• Added support for summary aggregations in dataviews. When a summary aggregation is defined for a column, it now appears in a summary row when using a table or card visualization.

• Updated the appearance of the Read-only alert displayed when you access dashboards that you don’t have permission to edit.

• The Dashboards app UI no longer displays a unit for summaries that use the count aggregation.

• Updated Spring Framework to version 3.5.6 to address a high-severity security vulnerability CVE-2025-41249.

• Dashboard stability improvements — Resolved flickering issues that occurred when creating new dashboards. This enhancement is delivered through the integration with Query Service 1.17.0.

• Dataview column stability — Fixed flickering problems that occurred when adding customized columns (such as Severity Timeline) to dataviews, ensuring a stable and consistent user experience.

• Filter coordination enhancement — Improved synchronization between search filters and dataview dimension filters in the dataview editor, providing more reliable and predictable filtering behavior.
