These are the issues we have fixed in this release:

| HP-4176 | Fixed an issue where one reporting failure left the Collection Agent unhealthy until it was restarted. The Collection Agent now recovers when delivery succeeds, drops a data point that cannot be delivered, and waits longer between retries, with random variation. |
| HP-4245 | Fixed an issue where a pass-through pipeline retried some failed deliveries and reported others as permanent. Each data point is now reported once, and a temporary failure is returned to the sender. |
